Interest in the impact of commitments on organizational management is increasing due to the competitiveness of organizations. Conceptualizing and measuring organizational commitment involves multiple aspects. Assessing these commitments is an ongoing process that requires continuous monitoring to maintain high-quality standards. This study examines organizational commitment factors and employs a topological analysis method to help interpret the relationships among all factors and identify the factors influencing organizational commitment within the case organization. The method starts by constructing a network of factors relevant to the conceptualization and measurement of commitment. We then propose an analysis method for organizational commitment factors, describe the results of applying the network analysis approach, and discuss the methodology's implications. The study's findings categorize the influencing factors in this organization into two groups.
