Special issue of IJPNGUoT

 The Interdisciplinary Journal of Papua New Guinea University of Technology (IJPNGUoT) plans to bring out a Special Issue to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of our nation's independence. IJPNGUoT invites scholars, researchers, and professionals from diverse fields to scientifically contribute to the special issue.

This milestone offers a unique opportunity to reflect on fifty years of advancement of science, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship, and to explore future directions in science engineering, technology, humanities, and social sciences. With hearts full of pride for our nation's achievements, we seek original research papers, review articles, short communications and case studies highlighting groundbreaking developments, addressing contemporary challenges, and proposing visionary solutions. Join us in commemorating this historic occasion by sharing your insights and advancements that will shape the next era of our nation's journey. Let your work reflect the spirit of resilience, unity, and dedication propelling our nation forward.

This issue aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and provide valuable insights for achieving global sustainability goals by bringing together research from diverse fields. This special issue aims to offer a comprehensive impression of the current research, highlight cutting-edge technological solutions and achievements and outline the future directions of science and technology for sustainability. Investigations addressing key national development issues, international issues relevant to PNG, business prospects, sociocultural relations, and the like are welcome.

Important Dates:

1. Submissions are due until 31st May 2025.

2. Length of manuscript: Maximum of 5000 words.

3. The manuscript will be accepted on 1st August 2025.

4. Final manuscript will be processed by 15th August 2025.

5. The special issue will be released by 5th September 2025.
